Successfully selling real estate since 2005, Mary consistently turns over three to six properties each month. With over 10 years of experience and more than $75 million in total sales, she brings proven results, deep local knowledge, and genuine commitment to her clients.
Mary continues to nurture the strong relationships she has built throughout the King Country, helping new buyers and sellers achieve their property goals with confidence and care. She is well-known for running First-Home Buyer Workshops, helping locals navigate the journey to home ownership - but don’t get it mixed up, Mary also has the right formula and experience to successfully market and sell higher-end residential and lifestyle properties.
Outside of real estate, Mary enjoys crossfit, walking, and spending time on her marae, Maangapeehi Pā. Coming from Benneydale, her connection to her community runs deep - whether she’s cooking sausages at local fundraisers or jumping on the field with the under-11 rugby girls, Mary is always a familiar face. She also serves as a Trust Board Member of Te Nehenehenui Trust Board and is actively involved in marae decision-making, particularly around resource consents and community development projects.
Mary believes real estate is more than just selling houses - it’s about building relationships across all walks of life. Her approach is grounded in honesty, reliability, and results-driven strategies that are tailored to each property and market condition. With her experience, energy, and strong marketing skills, Mary is dedicated to achieving the very best outcomes for her clients.
